Separate water accidents over the weekend killed Donald Grabman, 27, Crawfordsville and Robert D. Henderson, 37 RR 1, Norman. Grabman died when high waves on Raccoon Lake about 10 miles east of Rockville capsized the man’s fishing boat. Two companions, his father, Robert Grabman and Gene Runyun, Raccoon Lake, also were tossed from the capsized boat but were rescued.  Henderson’s body was recovered from a lake at the Norman Conservation Club, northwest of Brownstown.  Police said Henderson disappeared beneath about 50’ of the water while swimming with two companions at the club.

Donald M. Grabman 27 an employee of R&B Furniture Company at Crawfordsville drowned after high waves capsized his boat on Raccoon Lake near Rockville.  His father, Robert Grabman of Crawfordsville and a companion, Gene Runyun of Raccoon Lake also were tossed from the overturned boat were rescued. Funeral services for Mr. Grabman will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Bernard’s Catholic Church at Crawfordsville, with burial in Calvary Cemetery there.
